Through a five-year national program, Novateca is providing Moldovan citizens with access to relevant information and modern, locally tailored services in public libraries to enrich their lives, drawing on technology tools and trained librarians who can guide them in this process.
Deliver consultancy services to train librarians on institutional communication and visual brand identity.
To train a group of 12 librarians on institutional communication and develop 12 different sets of logos and communication materials for 12 public libraries
Based on the results of the questionnaire conducted among the representatives of the 12 libraries, the methodology of communication workshops was developed within the library support services in the development of institutional communication and brand identity.
- 12 trainings were organized for participants from various areas of the country, about modern communication, the advantages of social networks, message formulation and content creation, the use of communication tools suitable for any of the stages of image consolidation;
- An Identity and Communication Guide for Libraries has been developed;
- 12 logos and slogans were developed for each library, taking into account the history of the village and the specifics of each;
- 12 sets of communication and visibility materials were developed, including: flyers, roll-ups, posters, notebooks, pens, mugs, business cards.
Each library put into practice the knowledge received during the workshops by training other librarians in the network and ensured the visibility of the institutions with the help of developed communication materials.
