The Moldova Structural Reform Program is a four-year project that aims to improve the business and trade enabling environment in Moldova by helping Government of Moldova institutions and private sector.
Task:
Develop communication materials for the Trade Information Portal.
Challenge:
Development and creation of 10 communication materials (video animation and infographics) that are interesting as design and at the same time understandable to future users of the Trade Information Portal.
Resolution:
The creative concept was based on a simple visual, but at the same time attractive concept, using stylized characters and clear graphic elements.
- on the basis of official documents, texts for all communication materials were developed in agreement with representatives of the project and the Customs Service, the ultimate beneficiary;
- 4 animations have been developed on the following topics: import of goods; export of goods, origin of goods and TARIM system;
- 6 structured infographics were developed on the topics: Transit; Classification of goods; “AEO” (Authorized Economic Operator); Approved Exporter; PVD; Appeal and review procedures;
- all materials were produced in Romanian, Russian and English.
Result:
On the new site, for those who intend to import or export goods / services, along with all the necessary information and documentation on the procedures, explanatory videos and infographics have been published.
